We’ve all ordered something online only to have it show up and be less than stellar fit. Then, the seller tries to make us jump through hoops to return it. It’s easily the WORST part of shopping online.

At Ubwiza Boutique, we realize this, and we don’t like it. Instead, we want to make sure the returns/exchange process is as PAINLESS as possible.

For this reason, we include a return mailer AND a pre-paid return shipping label with every qualifying order. All you need to do is place your item(s) in the return mailer and drop the package off at any USPS location.

Which items are eligible to be returned?

Ubwiza Boutique accepts returns for non-Final Sale items only (see below). They must be in unwashed, unworn, and unaltered condition with tags attached.

  • FINAL SALE items include all sale items, headwear, earrings, camisoles, bodysuits, and bralettes and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment.
  • Items that have been laundered, worn, or are damaged in any way (including smell) will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • All returns are subject to denial and a $10 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.  If you believe the item was damaged during shipment, please contact the USPS to file a claim. However, if you believe you have received an item that was damaged before we shipped it, please Contact Us immediately so we can make it right.
